BATU CAVES CITY TOUR

Pickup from hotel in KL. Transportation:Van Toyota Hiace for 10 passenger. Duration:5 hours.   Fees: *RM400 per trip

This tour covers some amazing sights in the outskirts of Kuala Lumpur. 

First up are the famous Batu Caves - a massive limestone outcrop, whose interiors house a Hindu shrine lined with different deities. The shrine itself is located deep inside the high caverns which take 272 steps to reach. 

Site of a Hindu temple and shrine, Batu Caves attracts thousands of worshippers and tourists, especially during the annual Hindu festival, Thaipusam. 


Next is the Orang Asli Museum. It's a showcase of the history, customs and traditions of the indigenous inhabitants of the land.

On the way back, drive past typical Malay villages.
